A hundred years ago, the ISS Group was founded as a Danish security company.

The company later entered the cleaning market and has through time added services to its competencies, becoming one of the worlds largest facility service groups today.

ISS Indonesia was established in 1996 by acquiring ESGO, a subsidiary of Environmental Services - Hongkong.

In 1998 another acquisition by acquiring Reliance, a subsidiary of Jardine Group - Hongkong.
