During the presentation session, Yan Riza Iswara, Commercial Director of ISS Indonesia, highlighted various operational challenges arising from the current geopolitical situation, ranging from supply chain disruptions and rising production costs to operational uncertainties. According to him, companies need adaptive strategies to maintain business stability and operational productivity amid rapidly changing conditions.

In response to these challenges, ISS Indonesia introduced five key mitigation pillars: Workforce Flexibility, Stability & Continuity, HSE Integration, Risk Transfer to IFM Provider, and Technology Driven Output. These pillars reflect ISS Indonesia’s approach in supporting operational resilience while helping companies maintain efficiency and business sustainability.

The following session featured Eko Santoso Poegoeh, Operation Director of ISS Indonesia, alongside Major General (Ret.) Sumardi, Advisor of Jababeka. During the discussion, both speakers highlighted operational resilience strategies through a productivity-based approach focused on productivity, work outcomes, and operational efficiency to maintain business stability amid global challenges.

The forum was also attended by Karcher, one of ISS’s global partners in providing advanced cleaning technology solutions. Karcher’s presence further emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in driving operational excellence across industries.

Through its participation in HR Forum Jababeka 2026, ISS Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to delivering adaptive and sustainable operational solutions, with productivity serving as one of the key factors in strengthening business resilience amid global geopolitical dynamics.
