ISS Indonesia Wins Prestigious Awards of Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards

An award upon service performance through people empowerment
PT ISS Indonesia, a leading integrated facility services company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, receives "2018 Indonesia Facilities Management Company of the Year" award at the annual competition of The Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards. This award becomes a concrete proof of success for ISS Indonesia in providing services that facilitate the purposes of all clients through people empowerment and human resources management.

The President Director and CEO of ISS Indonesia, Elisa Lumbantoruan, says the award from Frost & Sullivan as a leading global market research institute has made the company proud and also showed that either the system or the values of ISS run in an efficient manner.

"This award shows that our mission has been running in a right way, which is service performance that facilitates our customer's purpose through people empowerment. Our works are not only providing services but also providing a memorable experience to our customer," Elisa said.

The Senior Vice President of Frost & Sullivan Ravi K says the Best Practices awards recipients were chosen based on the in-depth interview, analysis, and extensive research of secondary data which included revenue, market share, capability, and overall contribution to the industry.

To determine the Company of The Year, the analysts of Frost & Sullivan independently evaluate key benchmarking criteria, which are superior brand equity, implementation of best practices, price/performance value, solid financial performance, addressing the local community's unmet needs, and customer service experience.

"ISS Indonesia has shown a good performance within all such criteria so that they win the "2018 Indonesia Facilities Management Company of The Year". In addition to it, the award is given to ISS Indonesia also shows that a lot of individuals (employee, customers, and investors) making daily choices to believe in the organization and contribute in a meaningful way to its future," Ravi said.

The Frost & Sullivan Best Practices award is routinely awarded once in a year in Singapore to Asia Pacific's best companies in automotive, energy, buildings, and environmental industries to health, information technology, communication, and logistics sector.
