Comprehensive Management

In placing our employees at client locations, we use a comprehensive standard operational procedure. Our employees are required to follow a month of training, including on-the-job training that nurtures a mindset, discipline and work ethice that will support the client’s main business. And to create an effective monitoring function, our employees are divided to several structures in the field: team leader, supervisor, car park controller, and operation controller, each with clear and specific job descriptions and responsibilities.

Online Tax System
We realize that often taxes are a problem that could potentially hinder the client’s main business. To anticipate this problem, ISS Indonesia applies online tax system in collaboration with one of Indonesia’s national banks. Tax that are paid by customers through parking fee are directly deposit each day through a bank affiliated with the tax office. This innovation takes ISS Indonesia Parking Service to receive an award from the government as The Best Taxpayer Company (Perusahaan Pembayar Pajak Terbaik). We also monitor ISS entire parking pay stations 24 hours a day by online system. Any issues occurred will be monitored through the system and can be handled directly.
