This accelerated development program is designed to provide top candidates with the opportunity to build their careers across various levels of the organization. Over the course of 18 months, participants will take part in a comprehensive development journey, featuring extensive training and hands-on learning to prepare them for leadership roles in the dynamic facility services industry.

Throughout the 18-month intensive program, participants will gain practical experience in operations, business management, finance, and people management, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to lead with confidence and drive business success.

Key requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of work experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Have TOEFL/IELTS certificates issued by an official or authorized institution.
  • Be willing to be assigned to any ISS business unit or branch office based on the company's operational needs.
