Creating SAFE Spaces Together Training: Strengthening SAFE Behavior at ISS Indonesia

The journey to build a Creating SAFE Spaces Together (CSST) culture continues. Following the completion of the first batch involving the ISS Indonesia Country Leadership Team, the CSST programme has now entered its next phase, engaging managers and support function teams across ISS Indonesia.

CSST Training-1-1

Through interactive training sessions, participants were encouraged to deepen their understanding of SAFE Behaviours, which include Speak Openly, Act Safely, Focus on Learning, and Engage with Others. Various group discussions bringing together operational and support function teams provided a platform to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and strengthen a safety culture across the organisation.

Because creating SAFE Spaces is not only about following procedures—it is also about the behaviours, collaboration, and shared responsibility that we build every day.
