ISS Indonesia and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk have established a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 30 October 2026 at Graha ISS Bintaro Support Center. This collaboration marks an important step towards strengthening synergies through the utilisation of digital banking services and exploring various partnership opportunities that support the business development of both organisations.
Through this partnership, both companies will explore opportunities for collaboration by leveraging their respective capabilities and strengths. Bank Mandiri brings its expertise as one of Indonesia's leading financial institutions, offering a wide range of banking solutions and digital services. Meanwhile, ISS Indonesia contributes its experience in delivering workplace experiences, facility management services, and integrated solutions that support business operations.
This synergy is expected to create opportunities to develop solutions that address business needs, improve operational effectiveness, and deliver added value to both organisations.
The MoU was signed by Muhammad Sofyan, CEO of ISS Indonesia, and Midian Samosir, Regional CEO of Region V Jakarta 3 at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and witnessed by the management teams of both companies.
