The spirit of “Proactive Collaboration for Shared Productivity” served as the foundation for Collaborative Gathering 2026, bringing together ISS Indonesia Management and Labour Unions in a constructive and collaborative dialogue.
Held on 14–15 August 2026 at Villa Suwelogiri, Sentul, the event was attended by 60 participants and featured discussion and sharing sessions with trade union representatives, including Irwan Ranto Bakkara (FSB NIKEUBA), Alfasah Saepulloh (Confederation of ASPEK Indonesia), Jakwan (Federation of ASPIRASI), and Robi Cahyadi (Federation of SEKAR ADI), alongside Didik Mas’adi, People & Culture Business Partner at ISS Indonesia, representing the Management.
The event was opened by Muhammad Sofyan, CEO of ISS Indonesia, and attended by Novi Mayasari, People & Culture Director at ISS Indonesia. A range of activities, including discussions, sharing sessions and team building, were designed to create opportunities for open communication, strengthen mutual understanding and foster greater collaboration between the Management and Trade Unions.
More than just a gathering, Collaborative Gathering 2026 served as an important opportunity to strengthen harmonious industrial relations and align shared goals towards greater productivity and organisational sustainability.
Through open communication and proactive collaboration, ISS Indonesia continues to build a workplace founded on trust, mutual support and partnership. A strong collaboration not only builds better relationships, but also creates a stronger foundation for growing and moving forward together.
