As a testament to ISS Indonesia’s consistent commitment to delivering the best service experience for users of the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) area, ISS Indonesia has been entrusted to expand its Cleaning Service and Gardener Service coverage at Block 15 GBK. More than 120 placemakers have been prepared to support the smooth operation of the area.
All preparations were carried out through a structured process, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and briefing on workplace health, safety, and environmental standards, to ensure optimal service from the first day of operations.
To mark the start of the services, ISS Indonesia held a deployment event attended by Hariyadi, Head of the Human Resources and General Affairs Division of PPKGBK, along with the GBK and ISS Indonesia management teams. The event served as a symbol of their shared commitment to creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all users of the GBK area.
On the occasion, Virda Septiana, Operation Director of ISS Indonesia, emphasized the importance of operational discipline and continuous innovation as the foundation for maintaining consistent service delivery while creating a better customer experience.
