ISS Indonesia Strengthens Collaboration with Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower through a Strategic Courtesy Meeting

On 16 July 2026, ISS Indonesia held a courtesy meeting with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia at the Ministry's headquarters in Jakarta.

The meeting reflected ISS Indonesia's commitment to strengthening dialogue and strategic collaboration with key stakeholders to discuss employment-related issues and promote harmonious, sustainable industrial relations.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Ir. H. Afriansyah Noor, S.T., M.Si., IPU, accompanied by Dhatun Kuswandari, S.H., M.H., Director of Industrial Relations and Wages at the Ministry of Manpower, along with the Vice Minister's team of advisors.

Representing ISS Indonesia were Novi Mayasari, People & Culture Director; Siti Rahma Pradithya, Legal Director; Eko Santoso Poegoeh, Operational Director; and members of the ISS Indonesia team. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the labour union, including Carlos Rajagukguk, S.H., Chairman of DPP FSB NIKEUBA, and Amran Sadat Panggabean, Chairman of PK FSB NIKEUBA ISS, reflecting a shared commitment to fostering constructive industrial relations through open and collaborative dialogue.

Through this engagement, ISS Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to building strong partnerships with the government and other stakeholders to support the advancement of sustainable employment practices. By promoting dialogue, collaboration, and regulatory compliance, ISS Indonesia aims to contribute to the development of an inclusive, adaptive, and competitive employment ecosystem that creates long-term value for workers, businesses, and society as a whole.
